Kenny Skar is the President and founder of Vincent Tool Technologies, a company built on precision, pride, and over two decades of mold base expertise. After earning his machining degree from Chippewa Valley Technical College (CVTC), Kenny turned his childhood farm work ethic into a lifelong passion for manufacturing — and eventually, a thriving business.

Kenny leads Vincent Tool with a hands-on approach, staying closely involved in daily operations and decision-making. When he’s not on the shop floor, he’s spending time with his family — likely on the water, in the snow, or trackside tuning sleds for race day.

His mission for Vincent Tool is simple: build the best mold bases in the country, support American manufacturing, and create a company culture where employees thrive at work and at home.

Kenny is a longtime advocate for technical education and has served on the CVTC Board for 11 years. He regularly partners with local schools to encourage careers in machining, offers student tours, and supports a scholarship program for future talent in the trade.

He also serves on the Board of Directors for the American Mold Builders Association, working to keep mold building strong in the USA. Under his leadership, Vincent Tool was named Business of the Year by the Chippewa Valley Economic Development Group in 2016, and Kenny was honored as a CVTC Distinguished Alumni in 2017.
