Quality Material
Rotary ground material of your choice with a preference for American made raws. We will build from any material you request.
Quality Craftsmanship
We have the capability to do single-cavity, two and three shot molds and hot runner system plates. We install all pins, bushings, parting line locks and other components of your choice as requested.
Quality Control
Bases are roughed, finish ground, & finished. Fully inspected and quality assembled. Water circuits are cleaned and pressure tested where possible and fittings installed as requested.
Quality Service
We will work with you as your project moves along, including real time revisions until the final hour before shipping. We can provide steel, roughed bases or 100% finished mold bases to meet your needs.
